We were going to purchase a new 2014 4runner sr5 premium. I asked Mike to look for a Limited 4runner just to see what our options were. He found an unbelievable, "in the right place at the right time deal" I asked Mike to look for a Limited 4runner just to see what our options were. He found an unbelievable, "in the right place at the right time deal" that we could not pass up. We ended up with a vehicle 2 or 3 option levels above what we were looking at, for the same money. And Mike found the vehicle within a week of us telling him what we were looking for. The whole experience was so relaxing and fun ! More
I would like to start out saying that Harbros is an excellent dealership. I live near Harbros and drive by every day to and from work, so I always check out what they have. Back in October a Chevy avalanche had caught my eye and I was ready to trade in my suburban. My boyfriend and I stopped in and was greeted by Jeremy King. Jeremy was very helpful and friendly. But unfortunately I bought a Cadillac from another dealer. I now regret buying. On Saturday January 25 we went back to Harbros because my boyfriend was interested in the avalanche and Jeremy was there greeting us again and he remembered us. We ended up buying the truck with a trade on a truck we had bought 3 years ago when Harry was there. It was also a great experience. Jeremy was very professional about his job and everything went like a breeze. We had the truck by Monday. When I trade my Cadillac in I will definitely go back to Harbros. In the past 35 years I have purchased almost two dozen cars form both dealers and private party's. I can honestly say this was the most pleasant and satisfying purchase so far. Jeremy was attentive without being pushy, he answered questions with direct answers not being vague. He was able to keep within the finance parameters I had outlined by finding a lender who offered a rate that I did not think I could get on the car I was purchasing. As for the car, there were two issues that I had with it, they promised to and did take care of both of them. I had heard that Harbro had a great reputation, but I had always thought them to be a bit pricey. What I found out while dealing with them is that they are much more reasonable and more honest about the actual price than others that I have used in the past. More

I then checked the value of my car to see if it were possible to make this purchase. 6 months ago I was the proud owner of a 2005 Jeep Sport Utility. It was pristeen and only had 90,000 miles... I was stopped behind a car that was making a left hand turn when I was rear ended. Fortunately there were no injuries But my Jeep was totaled and we were lucky cause my gas tank was crumpled in half. I bought a car out of necessity but I really was not happy with it. When I saw the Liberty that you had for sale I wanted to replace some of what I had. Plus I upgraded to a Limited. I am pleased that I made the purchase. I would also like to let you know that I have bought @ Harbro in the past. I had a good experience with Harry and also for quite a while with the service department. Jeremy was very Professional and also courteous. He was not pushy and he knew his products. Part of sales is not always about sales it getting to know a little bit about your customer so you can fill there needs. I know that if I needed a direction to be headed in Jeremy would have been helping me get what I wanted. Thank You Jeremy for making my car buying experience exactly what it was for me years ago. I would also like to give Kristy high marks Jeremy became busy and I enjoyed talking with her. Also for me the e-mail that was sent got me thinking and I know that at that point I was not even thinking about a purchase. When our son took the F150 for a ride, he heard a "ding" sound that he asked be looked into. Not only was it looked into, but some very major work had to be done to correct potential future issues. We came to the Harbro in Whitinsville interested in their 2010 Subaru Forester. We shopped around at other dealerships, but we always seemed to keep going back to Harbro. We were attracted to the smallness of the shop and how friendly Jeremy, Mike, and Heather were. We got to know Jeremy and Mike on a personal level, which made us feel comfortable, and I feel that if we return they will instantly remember us. During the deal we never felt pressured or belittled, and it was nice that not all of the talk revolved around the car and money. It definitely pays to stay and support local dealers; by buying local, we felt like we were more than just a sale. I would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a car, and make sure you ask for Jeremy in Whitinsville! More
