Once again, another great experience with Harbro. My SUV went in for service, and not only was the service prompt and friendly, the staff informed me of another problem and was able to fix it under my exten went in for service, and not only was the service prompt and friendly, the staff informed me of another problem and was able to fix it under my extended warranty. The reason I gave this rating is because I bought a van from them, it was a very relaxed experience for me, no pressure and they were so nice. Like everyone else Harbro Auto utilizes the latest in sophisticated technology that allows you to research inventory and prices, schedule appointments on line, communicate, post reviews, etc but what sets them apart from all others is their attention to customer service! From the moment you walk in the door you will notice the difference finding employees friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer any/all questions, and providing you with the information necessary to make an informed choice. On my most recent purchase of a 2011 Honda CRV I worked with salesperson Dave Curini, we concluded the sale on a Saturday and agreed on a pick up of new vehicle the following Wednesday at 6:30. When I arrived at 6:30 the vehicle was perfectly detailed and waiting for me right outside the office. Dave then proceeded to cover all the necessary paperwork and in a very personable and professional manner took the time to make sure all the information was completely understood. From start to finish the process of purchasing a vehicle couldn't have gone better and I walked out feeling like the most important customer Harbro Auto has ever had although I think every Harbro customer feels the same way.
