The service was exceptional. As soon as I walked through the doors, the associates made me feel welcome. Chris Doeg, Dan & Eddie are examples of people who are honest and do the job the right way. They were very professional and I felt like I was getting more value then the price that I paid. This is the first time my wife and I have bought a car together. The experience at Harbro, in a word, is different. It's different because we were greeted with friendliness and interest as opposed to a fast talking salesman who's only worried about making a sale. It's different because they have a nicer selection of vehicles than most. It's different because after everything is signed and you're off in your new to you car, Harbro still has your back. A great example from Jeremy King is how patient he was and continues to be. The car we bought had some issues and they agreed to fix them. After a couple days with the car my wife and I decided if we're buying a car, we want no problems and we were not going to keep it. Not only did Jeremy listen to my problems with the car, he was also understanding and did not try to convince me that my broken car was the right car. Instead, he hit the ground running looking for another vehicle and continues to let me drive the car we originally drove off the lot. This is how dealerships should be. This is how a salesman should be. This is the experience everyone wants when going to buy a car. Jeremy King is a great person to deal with. If you're in the market for a pre owned car, do yourself a favor and seek this guy out! No BS. More

I came in a couple days to drive several cars. I told Dave I was coming in one day and it was his day off so he put me in contact with Mike. He was also super nice and gave me several options for my family. I drove several cars that day and also the next day when I brought my husband back to see a few. I decided on the GMC Acadia! Perfect for me! The best part about our experience at Harbro was that it was easy and no stress shopping! Both Dave and Mike are so patient and really wanted me to have a good experience choosing a car. I have lived in the area most of my life and have known about Harbro for years, but now I really know about the experience Harbro offers their customers.
