Came in not really expecting to make the trade that day as there was not many min-vans in stock. Jeremy showed me what they had and was impressed with the Dodge. I dealt with David and Chris. David is a very friendly outgoing person and will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want and are happy. David was very fast and thorough in getting me approved and into the right vehicle, he had the vehicle ready for the day i wanted it, he made everything work around my schedule. There were a few small issues when i picked the vehicle up and at first i was a little disturbed. David was pulled off the deal in the middle of it to cover their other location, and i feel after that the deal was rushed and some things were overlooked. After a few emails and a quick return phone call from Mark, the service manager, we were able to resolve the issues. Mark was very helpful and friendly, and was ready to do whatever he had to, to make the vehicle right and make sure he had a satisfied customer. The paper work was done quickly and correctly which made the deal go smoothly, good job to the office staff. I would go back to them again, and i would like to give them all 5 star ratings next time. As a business owner myself i face the same challenges they have, when managing a rapidly growing business it is sometimes difficult to make every transaction perfect upfront, even though we try our best to. If there are issues, then we need to step up to the plate and quickly resolve them, and that is what Harbro has done. Everyone there was very helpful to me. I told them what I was looking for and that is exaclty what they gave me. In the past I have given dealerships a price I wanted to keep my payments under and it has nev was looking for and that is exaclty what they gave me.
