When you first call to make appointments you deal with the customer service person; Andrea and she is very easy to speak with and has a kind disposition. We were recommended to start our car search at Harbro. It seemed like a popular place (we had driven by so many times and each time it seemed like the lot was filled with different cars) so we decided to sto seemed like a popular place (we had driven by so many times and each time it seemed like the lot was filled with different cars) so we decided to stop in. We worked mostly with Mike who made the process seem easy from the start. We must have driven ten cars at Harbro and I never once felt rushed or passed off. Mike personally returned my calls and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was extremely knowledgeable about every car on his lot, including the ever popular gas mileage question. Mike also talked to us in length about the specific car we test drove, but also about different cars in the same car category and what made each one different. A HUGE plus about a used car dealership, especially Harbro who even offered to find me the car of my dreams even if it wasnt on their lot. This was definitely the first dealership I have ever felt comfortable at. Customer service and attention to detail are both big factors for me. My habit has always been to buy brand new cars, but I can honestly say I will return to Harbro for my next vehicle. More

I brought my Ford Ranger in for service due to loud rotational noise that seemed to be coming from the right front. They were able to check the vehicle that evening and fit it in for an appointment the rotational noise that seemed to be coming from the right front. Although they were not able to find the source of the noise because it had at that point subsided, the did recommend that I have two other repairs which I was aware needed to be done. the vehicle was ready for pickup next day. They went out of their way to provide me a rental when all the parts were available to take care of my car. Their service department went above and beyond any expectations I could have had with regards to fixing everything which was agreed to. The work was completed in a timely manner with great care taken to complete all outstanding items. From the organized binder with all the necessary paperwork for my vehicle, warranty, etc I could not have been more satisfied with the experience. I was referred to Harbro by my daycare provider who has done business with this company for years. I can honestly say that I will continue to do business with them as well. I would not hesitate to refer them to my friends, family or business associate. More

a 2006 dodge truck was sold to me with 2 different size tires on it, one of the correct size (275-60r20)being on the driver side front, and 3 of the wrong size(275-55r20) pass. front and both rear. This vehicle is a 4x4 and having 2 different size tires has damaged the front differential,u joints, and axles. when brought to the dealerships attention, their answer to me was," thats the way the vehicle came to us and we are only obligated take the one correct tire off and replace it with the 4th wrong size, at least you will have 4 of the same size". I told them the size tire they want to put on the vehicle(275-55 r20) was smaller than the size dodge recommends (275-60r20). because the rim is 20" dodge only has one size they recommend for the truck. Putting the smaller size tires on the vehicle would change the odometer, speedodomiter, get less gas mileage and make the engine work harder.as i told them when i bought the truck i am self employed and carry a lot of tools and drive a lot of miles. putting the smaller tires on is not a good option for me. I had to go buy the correct size tires and have them put on the truck so i could get back to work i already missed three days of work arguing with them. after several calls they finally agreed to give me half the money back for the tires i bought. this mistake on their part cost me $450.00 and three days work. they also agreed to fix the damaged front end. after waiting three weeks for parts i finally had to go to ther dealership again to get this issue resolved. they wanted to repair the vehicle under the extra warrenty i purchased from them when i bought the vehicle. so they were to put a used differential in and replace the axels, however they told me because the truck has a plow the warrenty company would not cover this damage or anything going forward, they sold me the truck with the plow on it and now they say i have no warranty. at this point they still haven't fixed the truck and i have no idea what is up with the warranty. this is going into the 4th week of waiting for the truck to be repaired and i am very unhappy with the whole experience with this dealership.
