I recently had an issue with the breaks on my Kea and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I am glad to see that they stand behind the cars that they sell, you pay a little more but I think it is worth it. I was resolved to my satisfaction. This may be a unique review as we did not end up purchasing a car from Harbro in Whitinsville, but absolutely found the conversation and information Mark provided to us very valuable. My daughter an purchasing a car from Harbro in Whitinsville, but absolutely found the conversation and information Mark provided to us very valuable. My daughter and I were shopping for her first car and we found no cars to her liking. However, Mark said there was a car at their Webster location and offered to have it brought to Whitinsville NO STRINGS ATTACHED. We went back to Harbro later that same day and the car was there as promised. After looking at it, my daughter decided she did not like the shape. Even though it was a "No", Mark spent some more time with us and gave some advice to my daughter which has helped her in her quest for "her" car.
