I did a lot of online research prior to heading out to a dealership to see the 3 - 4 truck models I was interested in. My first stop was at a large dealership in Mendon. They were good but I walked away w dealership to see the 3 - 4 truck models I was interested in. My first stop was at a large dealership in Mendon. They were good but I walked away without a lot more information than my online research. I prefer a smaller family friendly dealership. They don't survive if they don't treat their customers well. I live in Whitinsville and have driven by the Harbro dealership many times. I read their online review and then made an appointment to see a truck I was interested in. Bob Cole did a great job throughout the sales and delivery process. No pressure, answered all my questions and gave me a fair price for my truck that I was turning in. More

Brought my truck in for a tune up and oil change. They noticed my sway bars needed replacement, which I knew about, but forgot to mention, so I had them replaced as well. Last week my car wouldn’t start so I had it towed to Harbro in Webster and Aaron was amazing. Not only was be able to replace the starter within hours of having it towed there but he came to pick me up Harbro in Webster and Aaron was amazing. Not only was be able to replace the starter within hours of having it towed there but he came to pick me up because he knew I didn’t have a ride or a way to pick it up myself. His quick help and expertise helped me avoid the cost of a rental and I was able to pick up the kids from school in time. He’s always done all my auto work and has always been amazing but went way above and beyond this time, which I greatly appreciate. I’m a client for life, as long as he is there! More
