Hardy Used Car Superstore has been family owned and operated for 40 Years! Mr. Charles Hardy and his family opened their doors in Dallas GA in 1978. Charles Hardy had spent the ten years prior helping build Business and Commerce in Paulding County through his Home Building business started in 1968. Mr. Hardy was a life-long resident of Paulding County and cared deeply about his Community and his Employees which he treated like family. This was epitomized in his trademark slogan, ‘We love you and we need you!’

Financing Sales team was great. I specifically requested financing with my credit union and the sales associate stated that they were a preferred vendor for my Sales team was great. I specifically requested financing with my credit union and the sales associate stated that they were a preferred vendor for my credit union. I called my credit union to confirm and they agreed. I proceeded w/ the purchase and the very last document I signed was the financing. The loan was completed through GM Financial instead of my requested lender. The finance guy stated that the credit union would not approve the loan. The very next day I recieved a call from my credit union and they stated that the dealership never submitted my loan to them. Long story short I ended up refinancing the vehicle after only having it for 24 hours. Needless to say if you have a specific lender that you want to use do not trust Hardy to do the right thing. More

He coordinated test drives of various trucks until we decided on the perfect one and then obtained and explained a very fair "bottom line" price just as we requested (no mention of a "comfortable" payment amount, "what we can afford," etc). Terry also handled a couple of very minor follow-up questions and requests without hesitation. The finance representative, Cody Hudgins, was very professional and helpful in providing detailed financing options and expediting the purchase closure process. All in all, this was a very positive new vehicle purchase experience! More
