Jerry Corley was very knowledgeable of the product, he allowed me to make my own choices, Jerry answered all my questions about the product, and the questions I had about warranty information he referred me to Jon Schumacher, who was able to give the exact plan I wanted. Adriana Burton assisted me with the in dash features, set up the Bluetooth for my cell phone, and the On Star features.
