Kyle R. did a phenomenal job helping me find the perfect vehicle that met my personal needs, as well as my family's, all within my budget. Purchasing a vehicle at this time was something I was dreading due to a number of reasons; time restraints, finances, etc. I was very pleased with the hassle-free nature of my visit. I signed my papers, cleaned out my SUV, and left with truck. What happened next was what has me completely willing to recommend Harry Robinson. The next day I received a call from the finance office. They received a late offer from another financial institution, and instead of chalking the sale up to closed like many dealers would, they called me and asked if I would like them to reprocess the paperwork using the new option. Their efforts not only lowered my payment, but also cut an entire year off of my term. I appreciate the seamless experience I had from start to finish, and that is why Harry Robinson Buick GMC is the only dealership I will recommend and work with in the future.
