He didn't pass me off. The only time I ever see a Sales Mgr is when I'm about to leave a place! Gave me an explaination of the things that mattered to me - and told me shoes can be 2 for the price of one - they don't fit - they're no good. We went for a test drive and he even asked me to drive over the roughest part of the road. He's also personable, felt like I knew him. Asked me to Google his name. He made this lease the easiest, least amount of time - the best experience I ever had. And, Not just for me, my sister just leased a MKC from Tim, too. More
