Their Sales Manager Lou Evans really went overboard to placate me, taking a huge amount of time to ensure that we explored every possible option in order to get the best deal possible. In the end we were able to purchase the car my wife was interested in at a price that I was comfortable with. We left as happy customers. Great Experience I've been leasing Fords for over ten years but recently moved to Freeport, and went to Hassett Ford. I returned my leased Fusion early, and worked wit I've been leasing Fords for over ten years but recently moved to Freeport, and went to Hassett Ford. I returned my leased Fusion early, and worked with John Fanuzzi. He was patient, and answered all of my questions slowly. There was no sales-y pitch. I test drove a few cars and he pointed out the differences between the two clearly, so that I was able to make an informed decision on my new lease. I decided to lease a Ford Escape, and John helped review all the options available to me. I also met and spoke with Sales Manager Frank DiSanti. Both Frank and John are extremely knowledgeable, professional (never once did anyone point out a vanity mirror to me - I'm a female shopping for cars solo). I'd highly recommend Hassett and John as your sales consultant!!! More

Beware !!!!!!!! Although the sales man I worked with was great the finance guy was not. There is a $450 fee that you will have when you return your lease. If you choose to stay with Subaru they can"work" something out if you go elsewhere you must pay. This was NEVER disclosed to me. The General manager Richard Cappetta told me "we do not tell customer about the fee because it's not a selling point" that's his exact words. So they will review your contract in detail but just skip that part because it's not a selling point. I spoke to others that told me there dealership told them about the fee and worked with them by adjusting there monthly payments. Richard told me sorry nothing I can do. 2 leases and $900 later I can say I am disappointed with the dealership and the general manager. I will be bringing my business to honest people that will do the right thing. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Alex was great but the manager or finance guy should have disclosed this fee. Horrible. More
