Brought in for first oil change and tire rotation along with some warranty items, oil change and tire rotation went fine. The rear doors had been hitting the body, and then said they would fix it. 5 days l with some warranty items, oil change and tire rotation went fine. The rear doors had been hitting the body, and then said they would fix it. 5 days later, with no loaner being offered, I went to pick it up. 1 of the 4 spots missing paint were repaired, 1/4 tank of gas missing(I paid for a full tank of gas when I bought the car, why is it not a double standard), and was told that I can’t use my Fordpass points for service. Researching online I found the only time you can use Fordpass points is at the dealership. Deeply disappointed More
I was waiting in the waiting area for 2 hours for an oil change & tire rotation the should have only taken 30 minutes. False advertising calling it “Quick Lane” service because it was anything but quick! This was my second time visiting. Thought it might be just a fluke, but both visits were extraordinarily long! Service department called me the day before to remind me and confirm my scheduled maintenance. Updated me throughout the day on the status of my F150, provided shuttle service, and followed up the next day and confirm my scheduled maintenance.
