We bought 3 new cars last year. After, purchasing my Ford Escape, the engine light came on. Apparently, there was a bulletin with some of these cars in which the coolant can leak into the engine. Andrew never bothered to mention this to us or Kirk the other salesman, who also helped us. After, my third month owning my new car, I had to get a new engine. When I spoke to Andrew he said he didn't tell us because it's a hit or miss with some Fords. Well, Andrew, it was a hit with my car. After calling him, he said he couldn't do anything. I hadn't even made my 3rd car payment. I asked to trade it in, he said he would charge me for depreciation and taxes if I brought it back. We had my new car towed to Anderson Ford in Rockford. The parts where on backorder and it took over 2 months to get my car back. I will never recommend or buy anything from Hawk Ford!! Thankfully, Devonte at Ford Corporate helped us out. I am still composing my letter to Corporate about our experience. More

Repairs went quick and they were upfront about cost and what would need to be done before they did it. Was easy to obtain a loaner vehicle I needed. They got the repair done quicker than I had hoped. I had to break up the repairs into two different days based on what I needed done because of my work schedule. The only complaint is that both times I got my truck back, the workers left their plastic inside my truck and didn’t clean it out before giving it back. I would have the plastic seat cover, and the gross plastic head cover they would wear just tossed inside the driver and passenger seat like a garbage can. Otherwise the customer service at the service counter was great More

It was a two part process, one visit for the inspection and the second for installing parts that needed to be ordered. Steve was great from sceduling the appointments to getting the work done quickly. The bonus was getting the truck washed. Service is always great and Steve was the one who starred this time. More
