Tom, the service writer had to manually input all pertinent information about everyone’s car that morning. Being patient and focused, he steadily accommodated all waiting customers within minutes. When my turn came, all I did was to hand him my driver’s license and campaign paperwork and I just signed and left. Car originally was scheduled for a noon pick-up. Service called my wife just over 3/4 of an hour later, saying the car was ready. Picked-up car just awhile later. A job well done. More
