I like the Quick Lane but you advertise this as a "drop in" service and for the first time ever I tried just "dropping in" instead of making an appointment. They couldn't take my car unless I was willing in" service and for the first time ever I tried just "dropping in" instead of making an appointment. They couldn't take my car unless I was willing to leave it all day and I hadn't pre-arranged for a ride because I was "Dropping In'. This is false advertising. I drove all the way there to have to then make an appointment for the next day, go home and go all the way back the next day. Very frustrating experience. On a side note I do give Connor five stars...he does a great job! More
