Made an appointment for an oil change. Arrived 5 months early for my 8:00 appointment for my F-250. Waited an hour and a half to complete a simple oil change. Service advisor stated that the rotors were installed on the wrong sides, but in fact installed properly. Will never go back. I do not like going through the commercial truck center. I.used to get oil change in the in the old quik lane. Liked it better there, but doing worry. Will not get oil changes at Hawk any longer. More

Service has really gone down here. Poor communication. They didn’t do everything we asked them to. They lied and said a service was refused, when we didn’t even know it was an issue un Poor communication. They didn’t do everything we asked them to. They lied and said a service was refused, when we didn’t even know it was an issue until after the car was picked up and saw it on the invoice. We had to call for updates, because they didn’t initiate any updates. The phone contact did not seem to know what was going on either. They really need to improve their communication A LOT! More
