Omar O, first, I would like to offer our most sincere apologies for not responding sooner to your post. I have just returned from vacation and following up with our reviews. Secondly, we greatly appreciate that you are a long term loyal customer. I have reviewed all the electronic files. Jose did review the camera, and our technician did perform all the required work in just over the average Express Lube time. Our technician was told which work was requested and started before he received the paperwork so that you would be on your way sooner, a perk as one of our special, long-term, loyal guests. Jose did call you later that day and left a voice mail. Later as a follow up he actually spoke with a member of your household and left a message for you to call him. The Headquarter Team
