I went to the dealer today to see a 2021 Ram that I was interested in the truck, and then Luis approached me to help me, he was very professional, honest and an excellent service, I told him (Luis) the I h interested in the truck, and then Luis approached me to help me, he was very professional, honest and an excellent service, I told him (Luis) the I had a trade-in he said no problem, so I was waiting for my numbers to see where we were, everything was going very well until they showed me the numbers and they offer me $ 4,500 less than the other dealers I was speechless I told them that I had gone to another dealer and showed them the price out the door so they could see the difference and the only thing the used car manager tells me the he don't have a market for my car, I explain to him that I had seen how much my car is worth and how much is it that a dealer can sell it and he does not care about anything, not even trying working the case to see if we could reach a deal, he simply tells me if I find someone for that car he let me know, on top of that they was asking me for $10,000 for down-payment I was in shock, since I entered the dealer I told them I have an approval and I want to see if they can help me and basically the used car manager only wants to take advantage of me and, when I left the dealer I saw a couple talking and they have similar situation like mine. I was very motivated and excited I found a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service from the seller ( Luis ) but from the used car manager it was one of the worst experiences that happened to me in a dealer, I see that he only cared about money, he does not care about creating relationship, a unique experience for every customer.
