Nice people , but I was told that my first oil change would be free. When I went in for my first oil change I was told that because it was over 1 year since I purchased the truck from Amy at Heiser -We would be free. When I went in for my first oil change I was told that because it was over 1 year since I purchased the truck from Amy at Heiser -West Allis that I would have to pay for it. I paid $50 + for an oil change that was supposed to have been free. I appreciate the dealership for working on the price or it would have been higher. This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought at Heiser. First oil change is free means first oil change should be free with no time limits. I was never told about a time restriction. I had a bad taste in my mouth when I left Heiser. More
When I need service I can always get an appointment that fits my schedule. When I am in for service the service writer is very helpful and I am kept up to date how my service is progressing. I was charged 200 dollars for diagnosis of a no start and told they could figure out the cause. They failed and still charged the fee. They actually told me they could not find anything wrong. My first time at this shop location and with a new insurance company (Progressive). I was having issues with them taking forever to approve my claim. Instead of turning me away with no vehicle to use insurance company (Progressive). I was having issues with them taking forever to approve my claim. Instead of turning me away with no vehicle to use while my car was at the shop waiting to get fixed they gave me a rental. They didn’t have to do that at all and I’m so grateful that they understood my situation and put their trust in me to let me use the rental. They also earned my trust and earned a loyal customer. My experience was awful. The service notes for my appointment were not read fully and clarification was not asked for until I pushed back. My services were delayed due to a machine breaking while my car was on it, which was not communicated to me until I called to figure out why there weren't updates after three days. Then, I find out later my keys were lost and the rep was not transparent about that. At one point, my entire vehicle was unaccounted for and I had to walk the lot to find it for them. The loaner was also not communicated to the team so it was not ready when I showed up to get it. Then when my car was finally ready, I left the lot and within minutes my tire was low on air showing it had not been fixed so I had to go in again. The only positive was working with Asha. She was a pleasure. More
