I have been extremely pleased with every aspect of the service. The representative is always prepared with what I have requested and what needs to be done to keep my Fusion running smoothly and quietly. Then the work is done in a professional and thorough manner at a reasonable price. I appreciate the car being washed before I leave. Recent Service at Heiser Ford Lincoln I set up basic maintenance on the Lincoln MKC. I delayed the service 10 days, due to their staff shortage in the service area. Lincoln has a program t I set up basic maintenance on the Lincoln MKC. I delayed the service 10 days, due to their staff shortage in the service area. Lincoln has a program that give me a loaner and takes my car back to dealership for service. However, they never showed up, at scheduled time, to switch cars. I called, but could not explain why they never showed. Set new date to switch cars. Cars were exchanged as scheduled. However, received no call regarding status and get my car back. Called to find out my car was not done and to call the next morning. Car was ready by I ended up making the exchange at the dealership. More

Pleasant used car experience, hellcat charger I have purchased quite a few used cars over the years and my experience as Heiser was a pleasant surprise for what is usually a frustrating experience I have purchased quite a few used cars over the years and my experience as Heiser was a pleasant surprise for what is usually a frustrating experience at other dealerships. I worked with Jamen Jackson, Bob Gigl, Steve Bradley, and Kristina Beck and all were friendly and very helpful in making the process go smoothly. They were understanding of my concerns, respectful of my time, and most importantly we were able to quickly agree on a fair price. Kristina was very helpful in working up a good financing solution for my unique situation. I love the car and Heiser will be the first place I look for future cars, even driving all the way from Chicago. More

We had done a fair amount of research so we knew what we were looking for in a used SUV. Pat our salesman was friendly, knowledgeable & we connected with him right away. He made sure everything was perfect when we went back to pick it up (He arranged for a bike hitch to be added.) Holly was also excellent in wrapping up the financial papers. Ford cars are no good I have benn having issue with my car starting .My car is only 4 years old therefore I should not be having issue . They said they are willing to work with me, but they do not sound convencing to me. I am only ddisappoint in the service department everyone else is excellent.
