Tom did not seem enthusiastic to serve me. While I don’t expect boisterous energy, “good morning” or “I’ll be with you in a moment” would be nice. When it finally came to my turn to be serviced, I was greeted at the desk with a blank stare, no “How can I help?” no nothing. And I had to be assertive and let them know I was here for an appointment. There was one man who was helpful asking if I’d been assisted after standing there which I appreciated. Wasn’t even told how long it’d be. It was my significant other’s car that needed to be serviced and that’s the only reason why I came. I wouldn’t come here unless I absolutely have to. More
