My sales guy Jorgo was excellent, extremely helpful and I really felt like he wanted to help and did what he could to execute the deal. The individual in charge of the actual closing of the deal and paperwork was overly pushy with additional sales and became borderline unfriendly and unhelpful in finding solutions to a problem that could have been easily mitigated at the beginning of the deal closing if she bothered to confirm that all materials were present. Also was quick to blame others for her own errors and did not apologize for those accusations. If the sale was not already completed and signed (and I did not like Jorgo so much as a sales guy) she would have been enough to make me go elsewhere. Management was quickly helpful in resolving the problem once contacted. More
