Expertise: Darrin knows everything about every car or truck on the lot. He even had the opportunity to design a truck based on what the customer needs were. I felt like I was in class because I had so many questions and he was providing detailed answers. Understanding: I didn’t have a lot of money to put down on my new car, but Darrin wasn’t pushing in trying to make me purchase a car that I just couldn’t afford.
