Everything was great. The only issue was with the tow to the dealer. I thought it was covered, the tow company said I had to pay up front and I did not get reimbursed for The only issue was with the tow to the dealer. I live a Chicago suburb and recently purchased a 2023 used Toyota Venza from Al Hussain at Heiser Toyota for my wife. I made an offer online pending a final physical inspection of the vehicle. Al and eve used Toyota Venza from Al Hussain at Heiser Toyota for my wife. I made an offer online pending a final physical inspection of the vehicle. Al and everyone at Heiser were very approachable and professional. We worked out all the sales details online and agreed to purchase the vehicle. We then drove the 100 miles to Milwaukee to picked up the vehicle with no issues or problems. This was a very good experience for us. More
