He was so flexible with me (I changed my apt time about three times) and when I arrived, I was tended to immediately. I was then brought to Alex Hall, who worked for hours with my parents and I. He must have ran miles that day between talking to us and going to the back to try to get my monthly payments down to where I needed them to be. He was very kind and had a great sense of humor. Being that this is my first car purchase, I did not know much of the process. Alex never looked like he was in a rush or trying to push us out the door. I asked for either a white or a black car, and we settled for blue with SO many cool features that I never knew I’d love so much. The blue is also very pretty. I can’t stop looking out at my car. Alex also always checked in on us to make sure that we were not waiting too long for the paperwork process. He made us feel important and very visible. I could not say enough good stuff about him! He felt like family by the end of the day! Moving forward, we worked with Brett Maple. He told us that he was new to the branch and asked us to be patient with him since a lot of the paperwork was slightly different. If he had not said that, I would not even know. He went through the whole application process with us without skipping a beat. He also was very patient in explaining terms to me and I’m so pleased to have worked with him. I feel like he really listened to us and did not try to keep pushing and pushing after we say no to extra things. I absolutely loved my experience here and would recommend everyone here for their cars. I was so afraid to buy a car, but I can really tell that everyone worked hard to make sure that I got the deal that I wanted. I was treated with kindness by everyone from the front of the store to the back. Thank you to Heiser TOYOTA for making a girl happy!! More
Picked Up for service! My car was due for a tire rotation, but with what is going on and everyone staying in I thought I would get it done at a later date... that is until H My car was due for a tire rotation, but with what is going on and everyone staying in I thought I would get it done at a later date... that is until Heiser posted about pick up and deliver back to your home free of charge! I called at 11 and at 1 James picked up my vehicle and 1 hour and 15 min later delivered it back to me, Service Complete! I was impressed that James wore sterile gloves to drive my car.
