I purchased my vehicle here and have been having regular service performed for last several years including oil changes, wipers etc. "Loyalty points" I purchased my vehicle here and have been having regular service performed for last several years including oil changes, wipers etc. "Loyalty points" were accumulating and I received an email from Heiser Toyota of this. I inquired when scheduling my appointment if I had enough for a free oil change and they said yes, just let the office know when I come in. Thus, I went to check out and was told I needed to talk to service. Walked paperwork over there and was told no - that's not what they do and per the dark haired woman that walked over "I didn't have enough even for $10 off and they send a coupon for that in the mail so whatever I was told is not right" - after YEARS of service?! AND being told when scheduling with YOUR staff that I did? To be "nice" Bob said they would only charge me $45 instead of $55 for an oil change. I will NEVER take my cars in there for service again or recommend them for service! That is no way to treat a loyal customer or gain my business for future vehicle purchases... and I have 2 coming up and 1st of our kids will be driving in 2021... More

f/u from previous week's service a couple days after i had my prius serviced i noted that one of my hubcaps was missing. i took my car back in to get the hc replaced. after 1/2 hour a couple days after i had my prius serviced i noted that one of my hubcaps was missing. i took my car back in to get the hc replaced. after 1/2 hour of running around by staff, i was told that they would have to order a new one. order placed, arrived next day, so i drove back in again to get it. service took about 1/2 hour. jeremiah did his best to make things right.
