1hr+ for a tire rotation Visit was subpar from the start, understaffed service desk with a long wait to get checked in for the appt. Then learned all that was scheduled was a Visit was subpar from the start, understaffed service desk with a long wait to get checked in for the appt. Then learned all that was scheduled was a tire rotation, However after an hour of waiting we finally insisted on a status update only to find the car had been done for a bit they just didn’t take the time to get us. We voiced our frustration and they did waive the $15 charge for the rotation, but we still felt like we wasted a lot of time. We have had much better experiences here before, this wasn’t a good day for them. More

Oil change and tire rotation Chue was very friendly the work was done in less time than expected - 45 mins not the hour they said.
