Excellent this time around Brian (the mechanic) explained the problem to me which made me feel like he knew what he was doing. Apparently the gears are set up at a certain speed and it will wind out at that speed. He told me this would not hurt the truck but get a little less gas millage, which I can live with. Also the service tech was very nice and helpful. More
