She never once looked up from what she was doing. I understand that people are busy and it was the lunch hour, but saying, "Someone will be with you in a minute" goes a long way in good customer service. More

Suggesting More Service When Dana is my service rep, she usually comes up with extra service recommendations. It seems that she is trying to get more money for the Service D When Dana is my service rep, she usually comes up with extra service recommendations. It seems that she is trying to get more money for the Service Department. I got a second opinion at another Toyota dealership, and they estimated a lot less money for the same suggested service. This does not happen with other service reps at Heiser Toyota. More
