Fast and Friendly Brought in my 2018 Sienna for the 12 month Toyota Care maintenance (oil change / tire rotation). Easy check in for my 10am appointment. Car was read Brought in my 2018 Sienna for the 12 month Toyota Care maintenance (oil change / tire rotation). Easy check in for my 10am appointment. Car was ready in 35 minutes, estimate was about an hour. Bob Arciszewski, my Service Advisor, was friendly and answered any questions I had. He went over the Multi Point inspection line by line and gave me a coupon for a free car wash on site. I thanked him and being a beautiful day headed right over to the car wash where there wasn't any wait. More
