He also gave me an introduction to the entire organization so I would know what to expect when I visit the Service Department in the future. And Al gave me an in-service about how my Rav4 worked. I have owned many cars but this is the first time someone took the time to make sure I knew where and how everything was on my new SUV. There is a lot of tech on this great SUV and it was much easier having Al explain it to me before I tried to drive it.
