Get the basics done, quickly and professionally, but..... Service arranged in person, as online appt option not user friendly. I needed an oil change due to time, not miles. Oil change was quick and easy. Service arranged in person, as online appt option not user friendly. I needed an oil change due to time, not miles. Oil change was quick and easy. I also indicated that I periodically had gear shift issues (i.e. sometimes will not go into drive from park (like after ideling in park at a railroad crossing) without shutting off car and restarting). Charge $89 to troubleshoot problem!!!! No!!!!not happening! More

Best car buying experience I have ever had. James Hicks was an amazing salesman making us feel comfortable to ask and discuss all things new car. We went to Heiser just to get a quote with plans James Hicks was an amazing salesman making us feel comfortable to ask and discuss all things new car. We went to Heiser just to get a quote with plans to check several other dealers, one is 3 blocks from out southwest side home. After talking to James we felt we had found the place we felt would serve us the best even though it was way across town and we wanted something close. All the other people we dealt with were also nice people. More
