First off, the acknowledgement of a customer whom was in for a scheduled visit, was treated as if she was beneath the customer service given.. the judgement of appearance seems to be the cause of the neglect, which leads me to my visit. The “new” guy was very rude and tried to talk over me when asked about my tire. Instead of trying to fill me with knowledge of what was wrong with my truck and corrective action, he wanted to belittle me as if my common judgment of conversation was only in his favor. Had they checked over my vehicle a little more thoroughly, the tech would’ve acknowledged that I had a plug in my tire rather than a nail. Also, when I wanted to know the fix as to what actually was the cause of concern he literally almost blew up on me for inquiring. I wasn’t the only one that noticed this guys ignorance.. most certainly made me as well as others to take my/ others to take there's business else where. More
