Good Service, Lousy on line appointment 2/1 Made on line appointment and received confirmation same day. 2/7 and 2/9 received email appointment reminder. 2/11 arrived for appointment but I 2/1 Made on line appointment and received confirmation same day. 2/7 and 2/9 received email appointment reminder. 2/11 arrived for appointment but I'm not showing up in system. Squeezed me in anyway. 2 hour wait. 2/12 received email saying I missed my appointment and to schedule another. 2/12 and 2/13 Asks for review Again, your service department is stellar, but you need new IT people. I enjoy being recognized and greeted by name when I arrive - I think that's important too. James Hicks, from whom I bought my car back in November of 2013, always stops by to say hello when I'm waiting for my vehicle to be repaired. The service was great but last 3 times i came your car was was broken. I will time the oil change around a wash. I go out of my way to get to your dealership so coming back for a wash is a pain. Customer Non Service, With poor attitude. I had arranged to drop my Highlander off on Tuesday for service on Wednesday. It took 25 minutes just to check in. When I arrived I mentioned the fa I had arranged to drop my Highlander off on Tuesday for service on Wednesday. It took 25 minutes just to check in. When I arrived I mentioned the fact that I was just dropping my vehicle off for next day service, I was immediately told in a stern voice and with a condescending attitude " you will have to wait because you will have to sign some papers". It went downhill from there, the young lady who addressed me was very rude and unprofessional. I am not going any further with this review, and in my baseball world 2 strikes your out, and because this is the second time i was not satisfied with the service reps. I will not be having my vehicle serviced at Heiser. More
