The experience was so great that they made me feel like I was more than a customer, I wanted to spend my money there. The receptionist kindly welcomed me when I walked though the door, and all of the employees were interested in offering me a world class experience. Andrea Kass was a pleasure to work with, and she kept me updated on the status of my car on a daily basis. When the factory unexpectedly changed the delivery date, she had a loaner car delivered to my workplace by the end of the day. I was able to use the car on a daily basis until my new car arrived at the dealership. Andrea was easy to communicate with, she responded to e-mails and phone calls almost immediately, and she was truly interested in making me happy. The operation at Helms Bros, from top to bottom, is world class. The employees are exceptional, the customer service is top notch, and everyone there hopes to make your day better.
