We made the trip from Tuscaloosa to Roswell and only gave Mike a 2 day notice, but he had the car cleaned and ready for a test drive. Our return trip the next week to pick the car up was a great experience with Mike spending half a day going over the car with me, setting up the phone, etc. A thorough explanation of the CPO process, how the navigation system worked, what to do when warnings might come on, etc. made me very comfortable with my drive home. After sale contact has been great and anything I needed was taken care of promptly!
