When I buy my next Cayman it will be from Mike I have all the respect in the world for Mike and his knowledge. Scott Hamilton- A great ambassador for Hennessy Porsche Believe me when I say that all Porsche dealers, and all Porsche ambassadors were not created equally, so when it came to purchasing my 2019 Porsche I Believe me when I say that all Porsche dealers, and all Porsche ambassadors were not created equally, so when it came to purchasing my 2019 Porsche I spoke with a number of dealers in 3 States, and only one dealer and one ambassador stood out from the crowd, Hennessy Porsche and Scott Hamilton. Scott’s responses to my enquiries were fast, detailed, and extremely helpful to someone like myself who was purchasing their first Porsche. Scott was always responsive to my constant questions and changes in build, and unlike other dealers was willing to go that extra mile to get the allocation I needed for my build. The car was built, shipped and delivered to the schedule first estimated by Scott, so I really appreciated that. The delivery experience didn’t disappoint either, and my wife and I were made to feel like valued customers and were treated with the utmost respect. I have very high expectations when it comes to respect and responsiveness when spending large sums of money, and Scott did not disappoint. Starting with the welcoming smile from Sherry at the front desk and her thoughtful inquires on my needs while I was there to Sarah in finance and her efficient and thorough delivery of my paperwork I was impressed with the caliber of individuals on the Hennessy staff. And now let me tell you about Chris Morea.... This is my second Porsche with Chris and I’m pretty sure won’t be my last. Finding somebody like Chris, who takes the time to know you and your expectations, who has the aptitude to listen to those needs and wants and can craft and deliver on that is a rarity. Honestly, who can you say that about? In this world of fly by night, one time exchanges and lack of loyalty from both sides, when you find it it’s like a beacon. I over heard him while I was there actually making arrangements to personally delivering a vehicle to somebody. Who gives their customers that type of service? If we’re being truthful not many people like buying a car so when you find a Chris Morea to help guide you through the process you are one lucky individual. It’s pretty funny but both my grandsons are Chris converts and Porsche people now. Let me explain... I came back last Saturday for my second delivery with both my 7 and 4 year old grandsons in tow because we had a Mimi sleepover the night before. Armed with chips, Porsche m&ms, and hot chocolate they patiently waited while Chris and I went over the car. There wasn’t one sideways glance or questioning look from anybody in the lobby or sales staff when we walked in and I sat them down to wait. Just welcoming smiles. Coincidentally it happens to be my birthday. After a thorough explanation of my new carmine red Macan S, nicknamed Fireball, Chris walks us all out, gives me a key chain and mug for my birthday and proceeds to buckle the 4 year old into his car seat while presenting them both with red Porsche model cars. They now can’t imagine why anybody would buy anything other than a Porsche or who could possibly buy one from anybody but Chris. And you know what... neither can I. Susie Rhatigan. More

Couldn't have asked for a better experience After Porsche's announcement of the New Macan, I waited (what seemed like forever) for them to hit the dealership lots. I scoured every Porsche dealer After Porsche's announcement of the New Macan, I waited (what seemed like forever) for them to hit the dealership lots. I scoured every Porsche dealership in the south looking for a dealership with the Macan I wanted to purchase. After not seeing any that matched what I wanted in my vehicle, I figured, I've waited this long, what's another 3 months to special order my own? I initially looked at another Porsche dealership closer to me than Hennessy but the salesman and interaction didn't meet my expectations. I'm a designer and have a high attention to detail. I expect my salesman, who sells and embodies the Porsche brand, to have the same attention to detail. As a side note, I look young and tend to get written off as somebody who "doesn't have the money" or is "just here to look and not buy". I read some not so great reviews of the dealership I initially was going to order my Macan through and decided to send an online inquiry to Hennessy. Within the hour, I received an email from Scott, asking me what I was interested in and got me in to test drive a 2018 (the 2019s weren't on the lots yet) and place an order for my 2019 Macan the next morning. I never once felt like I wasn't taken seriously. I placed an order for my 2019 Macan within an hour of arriving at the dealership. Since I was placing an order, I didn't receive a large discount, but the fact that I got a discount was something I didn't expect. When Scott went on vacation he provided me with another salesman that I could contact if I had any questions or needed tracking information for my build. I was notified at every step of the build and shipping process of my Macan. I even got a bow on it for delivery. :) I recommend Scott and Hennessy Porsche for your Porsche buying experience. Every part of the process was designed and streamlined which I highly appreciate. I've never had a smoother car buying experience. More

When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle operation was explained to me by Scott Hamilton who couldn't have been kinder and really new the ins and outs of the vehicle. I also spent time with Jamey Holt to finish our purchase documents and discuss additional options for the car. Jamey was incredibly nice and quickly walked us through what could have been a long drawn out process. Even though the car wasn't a new Porsche, we were still treated as though we were purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. Gene was amazing. The test drive literally sold the car. He was able to talk about the various cars that I was exploring. With previous dealerships I was told "you don't want ____ car" Fill in the blank with a different brand of car. Gene didn't do that. I was able to talk about the differences and did decide that this car was definitely for me. I've had it for over a week and I'm in LOVE!! Even the financing portion was pleasant, and how many times can you say that, Sara Ali was wonderful. Would definitely recommend going to Hennessy and absolutely work with Gene! More
