Upon entering the dealership my wife and i were cordially greeted by Greg Jordan. Being new to Porsche, but not to sports cars, he explained the features of the Cayman to us. He invited us to take a test drive, which we did, and WOW.. I came in looking for a 6 speed base model. After driving it I loved it. We spent a lot of time looking for a car with the equipment we wanted. We found some. He mentioned that he had an S on the lot with a great deal available. We went for a look. I tested it and WOW is an understatement. My wife and i went home to decide. We decided on the S, made the deal over the phone, and returned the next day to pick up our new Porsche. It was ready when we were. I my years i have purchased too many new cars. I must say this was best experience I have ever had. Greg knew the answer to all my questions. I have, for the lack of a better term, stalked the Hennessy Porsche dealership for several years hoping and to find the perfect car to replace my old 968 cab. I was surprised and pleased to find Greg Hennessy Porsche dealership for several years hoping and to find the perfect car to replace my old 968 cab. I was surprised and pleased to find Greg Jordan at Hennessy as I had leased a couple of cars from him at another dealership. As always Greg was willing to spend the time to answer all of my questions and call when cars were available that he felt would be of interest to me. When we found that perfect car, Greg quickly and professionally arranged for the valuation of the trade by Drew Borges, the financing by Jamey Holt and set up the time and date. When I arrived, the purchase of the car was like clockwork. What a team! Greg was very thorough and detailed throughout the purchase and delivery process. The follow up after the sale has also been great, never intrusive, just simply great! More
My buying experience with Hennessy Porsche was nothing less than outstanding. One night around 2 AM, I was unable to sleep and have been interested in purchasing a BMW Z-3. I started searching the intern less than outstanding. One night around 2 AM, I was unable to sleep and have been interested in purchasing a BMW Z-3. I started searching the internet around 3AM when I came across a 2000 Z-3 for sale by Hennessy Porsche. I sent a information request and thought I would have to wait several hours for a reply. I checked my email around 4:30 am and to my disbelief Scott Hamilton had replied to my email and said he would contact me once the dealership was open and what a was a good time to call. Scott was very punctual and called me at the time we arranged. He was very friendly and polite. I live in Mississippi and had to travel 5 ½ hours to view and drive the BMW Z-3. Before I departed my home on my way to the dealership, Mike contacted me for Scott because the dealership planned on replacing all four tires on the Z-3. The dealership had to order the tires and they would not be in until Monday or Tuesday and I would not be able to bring the Z-3 home until the dealership had completed the service. Scott arranged for me to view/inspect and drive the Z-3 on Saturday. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was parked right outside the font door and Scott was very prompt in meeting and showing me the vehicle. After the drive and my decision to purchase the Z-3 Scott didn’t miss a beat on completing the paperwork and finalizing the sale. I did have to leave the dealership to attend my cousins birthday party and when I returned to the dealership Jamey Holt had completed all the paperwork and that was left was for me to do was to sign a few documents. The whole process that Saturday was nice, non-stressful and quick. Unlike other dealership I have work with. Throughout the week, Scott kept me informed on the progress of the Z-3 and schedule a time for me to pickup the new addition to my family. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership we were greeted with the utmost respect and offered a beverage. Scott was once again punctual and showed us to our new to us BMW Z-3. Scott took the time to ensure we were very satisfied with all aspects of our purchase and even took the time to take a picture of my wife and me standing in front of the Z-3 and one with Scott and me in front of the Z-3. I only rated the Hennessy Porsche dealership a 5 because that was the highest rating allowed. I rate Hennessey Porsche a 9 overall only because Scott would not throw in a new Porsche to sweeten the deal. Just kidding. Hennessey Porsche dealership is rated a 10 in my book. If you want to be treated respectfully and receive a great deal make Hennessy Porsche your first stop you won’t be disappointed. v/r Ken Phelps More

He spoke with Greg Jordan who was extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Greg explained all of the features, specifications, and answered every question we had. The plan was to turn in our current vehicle (not a Porsche) for the Panamera. Greg worked with me to arrange times to have the car looked at by several brokers so he could provide to me the most competitive quote. I feel Greg went above and beyond and truly wanted to get us the best price possible for our current car. Unfortunately, my husband decided to not to get the Panamera. When we informed Greg that we would not be making the purchase he still treated us like family and wished us well on the purchase we did make. Maybe next year I can get a Panamera, and if I do, I'm going straight to Greg Jordan! More

We were considering a Porsche product for our next vehicle purchase, along with multiple vehicle brand options. Greg took the time to spend with us to help educate us on the Porsche product family, take test drives, keep us informed of incoming inventory, etc. While we ultimately have decided to purchase another competitor vehicle that is a better fit for our lifestyle, wants and desires, it was certainly not for the lack of Greg's patience with us or his quality of service in trying to get us into a Porsche :>) He's a keeper for sure for the Hennessy sales team! Best of luck to him in future sales. You never know, someday we might just circle back around to the Porsche brand. More
I've been going to Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta for the last two years to have our Cayenne serviced. We are originally from California, where we purchased two Porsches. The dealership in CA cannot hold a candle to the level of service I receive at Hennessy. We recently had a run in with a curb when the big snow/freeze hit and Zak went above and beyond to get the car repaired and even helped me with an insurance claim. I always look forward to getting the car serviced, because I know I'll be dealing with Zak. In CA I dreaded the thought of going! More

I must say that working with Sally has been a very pleasant experience. She is most knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the entire line of Porsche vehicles. Sally definitely guided us in the right direction when is came to ordering a car with the right options to suit our intended purpose of a long-distance performance touring car. Sally helped us in a low-pressure manner, that made us feel she was putting our needs first, as opposed to trying to "sell" us extra "stuff" which is the approach found at so many car dealerships. Well done Sally, and well done Hennessy! We are very pleased with our new 911 and can't wait to head out across the country visiting interesting places near and far! As you might expect, if you are going in to buy a Porsche, you expect the experience to be over the top. I can tell you the folks at Hennessy Porsche did not disappoint. I have longed for a Porsche Porsche, you expect the experience to be over the top. I can tell you the folks at Hennessy Porsche did not disappoint. I have longed for a Porsche 911 since I was 10 years old and was actually nervous to go in and take one for a test drive. My sales guy Greg Jordan was the consummate pro. He spent time with me asking what I was looking for, what kind of options I thought I'd like, how I was planning to use the car, and what was most important to me. Afterwards, he found the perfect car on the lot and took me out for a test drive. What can I say, I was driving a Porsche. The car was amazing and Greg was a great co-pilot walking me through the ins and outs of the 7-speed manual transmission. He was even game for putting the convertible top down, even though is was 34 degrees outside. We talked a little before I left about purchasing and leasing options, different payment points that I might consider, and I told him I needed to sleep on it. After all, it was going to be my first Porsche, I wanted to sleep on it. The next day Greg and I negotiated the deal over text message while I was at my son's Lacrosse game and Greg had the car ready when I arrived at 6:00 PM, just as the dealership was closing. Sometimes the worst part of the experience is the close, when the finance guy offers you the extended warranty and all the things you don't need. What was nice is that Greg gave me a heads up on what was going to be offered, why Hennessy recommended these options, and that I was free to decline them with no pressure if I was not interested. It was really a first class experience. I was in and out of the dealership that night in 45 minutes. Greg offered to show me the car in detail, even though it was after hours, but I told him I wanted to figure it out myself. He told me he was there for whatever I needed and to call if I had any questions. Greg followed up several times over the next few days providing useful links and other interesting information. I came back to the dealership a few days later to have the LoJack and the Speedfilm installed (I bit on a few of the finance guys offers) and the service department was equally responsive. Dropped the car, they gave me a free rental, and had the car done by about noon that same day. I dropped the car the morning of the first snowpocalypse in Atlanta. Steve Richardson was very proactive letting me know of the worsening road conditions and saved me from what could have been an 8-12 hour commute home (in my new Porsche). All in all... a truly over the top experience. I'd go back to Hennessy Porsche in a minute to buy another car and highly recommend if you are in the market for a Porsche to give them a shot. More
