As you might expect, if you are going in to buy a Porsche, you expect the experience to be over the top. I can tell you the folks at Hennessy Porsche did not disappoint. I have longed for a Porsche 911 since I was 10 years old and was actually nervous to go in and take one for a test drive. My sales guy Greg Jordan was the consummate pro. He spent time with me asking what I was looking for, what kind of options I thought I'd like, how I was planning to use the car, and what was most important to me. Afterwards, he found the perfect car on the lot and took me out for a test drive. What can I say, I was driving a Porsche. The car was amazing and Greg was a great co-pilot walking me through the ins and outs of the 7-speed manual transmission. He was even game for putting the convertible top down, even though is was 34 degrees outside. We talked a little before I left about purchasing and leasing options, different payment points that I might consider, and I told him I needed to sleep on it. After all, it was going to be my first Porsche, I wanted to sleep on it. The next day Greg and I negotiated the deal over text message while I was at my son's Lacrosse game and Greg had the car ready when I arrived at 6:00 PM, just as the dealership was closing. Sometimes the worst part of the experience is the close, when the finance guy offers you the extended warranty and all the things you don't need. What was nice is that Greg gave me a heads up on what was going to be offered, why Hennessy recommended these options, and that I was free to decline them with no pressure if I was not interested. It was really a first class experience. I was in and out of the dealership that night in 45 minutes. Greg offered to show me the car in detail, even though it was after hours, but I told him I wanted to figure it out myself. He told me he was there for whatever I needed and to call if I had any questions. Greg followed up several times over the next few days providing useful links and other interesting information. I came back to the dealership a few days later to have the LoJack and the Speedfilm installed (I bit on a few of the finance guys offers) and the service department was equally responsive. Dropped the car, they gave me a free rental, and had the car done by about noon that same day. I dropped the car the morning of the first snowpocalypse in Atlanta. Steve Richardson was very proactive letting me know of the worsening road conditions and saved me from what could have been an 8-12 hour commute home (in my new Porsche). All in all... a truly over the top experience. I'd go back to Hennessy Porsche in a minute to buy another car and highly recommend if you are in the market for a Porsche to give them a shot. More

I wanted to buy a new 2014 Porsche 911 4. I shopped the Porsche dealers in Hickory, NC, Hilton Head, SC, Charlotte, NC and one other dealer in Atlanta to no avail. each of the dealers did not have an alloc Porsche dealers in Hickory, NC, Hilton Head, SC, Charlotte, NC and one other dealer in Atlanta to no avail. each of the dealers did not have an allocation forthcoming and those that did have a 4 in stock had cars not to my liking. I hooked up with your dealership through my insurance USAA and their car buying service. I typically use them to obtain a True Value for cars I buy. Your dealership was the only one that moved ahead on getting an allocation from Porsche and agreeing to my price. All of this was done through e-mails or over the phone before I even went to the dealership. All the other dealerships wanted me to sign an order before they would agree to even look for one or even discuss a price other than list. Scott and Mike are action oriented guys who got my business by doing something first to find my car and agree to my price before I had to do something. I live in Hilton Head but used to work in Atlanta so travelling to get the car I wanted from a high volume dealer was no problem. So I encourage to keep that management style in place with others by going after what the customer wants rather than the typical approach of trying to determine if the customer is serious first. I recently purchased a 2014 Cayman S from Hennessey Porsche. I first connected with Brian Wagner in August with my interest in buying a Cayman. Brian and I test drove the car and walked through the various key differences between the base and S models. Over the next couple of months, Brian would check in with me, but knew I was serious. In late October, I told him I was ready to buy. He pointed me to the online configurator which was a great thing to visualize and price my dream car. I then spent two hours with him in person as we discussed and walked through all the options and combinations I had selected. He was not afraid to counter my thoughts, offering great suggestions.... it was a very cooperative and team-like exercise. Brian kept me informed during the whole build and transportation process, and clearly managed my expectations for car delivery. When the car was received at the dealership, I was recuperating from knee surgery and unable to get to the store. Brian and the team was kind enough to deliver my car to my home and handle all the paper work there as well. I can't rate the Hennessey team high enough because of the great customer care they displayed and also seemed to care for my car as much or more than I do. More

We were searching for a Used Porsche Boxster and found one that had a price point that was below what we were used to seeing where we live, which is in East TN.
