I took my panamera gts to Hennessy dealership about 4 months ago for oil change and adjusting the back wing. They fixed it . But next day when I start detailing my car as usual I notice there is some da months ago for oil change and adjusting the back wing. They fixed it . But next day when I start detailing my car as usual I notice there is some damage on my car.so I called David Beamer, to mention the damage . First he said we didn’t do that , when I explained to him he agreed and said ok they are going to fix it , he said he is going to order the part and will let me know. I wait and wait for almost 2 weeks , nothing happened. So I call him back , this time his attitude was different and he said that he thought it’s going to cost only $100 so he would fix it but since he found out that the part is actually $500 ,so he doesn’t want to fix it anymore I tried to contact his manager who is Jeff corey , he is a piece of work himself. This guy is rudest person I ever talk to, he told me that he has no intention to fix the damage that they caused because I can’t prove it and He said that my car is high mileage anyway. I don’t know what it has to do with my car mileage . Means if I have high mileage car they are allow to damage it and not be responsible. Terrible respond , terrible place to go to spend money and be disrespected too. $500 doesn’t make me rich or poor but that’s not fair to be treated that way. I wish I could put no star because even one star is way too much for them. More
