Great experience with one glitch The majority of my buying experience was great. The issue I had was that we were told the 2020 Encore had a 4 year, 48,000 mile warranty and when I The majority of my buying experience was great. The issue I had was that we were told the 2020 Encore had a 4 year, 48,000 mile warranty and when I picked it up I was told it was only a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty. I bought the extended warranty so this cost me an extra $900. I feel like my salesperson did not take any responsibility for the error. $900 is a big deal to me as I had my budget set. More

I purchased a vehicle from Henry Brown Buick GMC last month. I really appreciate Sante from finance, she helped me more than my sales associate did. Kudos to her, she really knows her stuff. We arrived with a specific vehicle in mind and purchased it. Shannon was nice to work with and finance was a breeze. Everything was good. THEN....items that were supposed to fixed and taken care of were not. There were cracks in the windshield, a missing lug nut lock, and missing antenna. I was told the windshield repair would be set up, and to purchase the lock, send in the receipt, and I'd be reimbursed. I sent a copy and haven't received anything. The windshield was never repaired. My fault for not getting it in writing and trusting it would be taken care of. I hate to say the customer service ends after purchase, but it's kinda what happened. More

After finishing in the finance office I spoke with the sales person long enough to give him my trade in keys and then went to swap my things from one vehicle to the next. When I finished moving my items I got in my new vehicle and no keys. I went to the used car building and the doors were locked. I went back to the finance office and he found my two sets of keys in the sales persons desk. It was the Fourth of July and I understand everyone wanted to get home .... but so did I. 2. I was given a “we owe” sheet and have heard nothing. I thought I should at least get a call explaining they would be several weeks getting the parts. More
