I drove an hour out of my way specifically to go to this location to buy my BMW because the experience on my previous purchase with this company was so fabulous. I even asked for the same representative, Sh location to buy my BMW because the experience on my previous purchase with this company was so fabulous. I even asked for the same representative, Sharaz, because he was terrific! They have the largest inventory around, and made the process so easy. I came in, he had a car waiting for me to try, and I loved it and was driving it home two hours later. Done deal! More

If buying a car is your top ten favorite things in life , then this would be your jam. The experience was pleasant, as in sit here for two hours, and unrushed, as in watching grass grow. Choosing this dealership to purchase my BMW was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. The entire process was long and exhausting to say the least. I had little to know communication with my salesma the worst decisions I have ever made. The entire process was long and exhausting to say the least. I had little to know communication with my salesman Abdou whose lack of professionalism I was shocked to see in a luxury dealership. As I purchased my 2017 330xi out of state I had questions about the registration process that the sales team never seemed to have the answers to. I was told that a runner would come to CT register my car and then deliver it to me by Abdou. Then two weeks later he turned around and said that the dealership doesn't do out of state deliveries. He told me on a wednesday as I was sitting at work with no prior notice that the runner was coming down that my car would be registered that day and that I needed to send him proof of insurance immediately. Already annoyed that I wasn't informed of this beforehand, I changed my insurance and sent it to him only to find out that my car wasn't actually being registered until that Friday. So here I am no driving an uninsured car for 3 days due to the lack of communication provided by this dealership. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a luxury car nor will I ever return here for any of my vehicle needs. More
