The Herb Chambers website had a straight forward web page which made it clear how each vehicle was priced. Moreover, my salesman went WAY above with me. Briefly, the car was delivered to me but the delivery person was unable to place the new plate on my car. Abdou ,my salesman, made a trip to Marshfield (on a Friday night in Cape traffic) just to bring the additional hardware that was needed for the plate.This is service. More

Best car buying process and trade in I ever experienced! Jasper and Jing made my purchasing a CPO BMW and trading my car in the best and fastest car purchase/sale process I have ever experienced. I found a 2 Jasper and Jing made my purchasing a CPO BMW and trading my car in the best and fastest car purchase/sale process I have ever experienced. I found a 228 iXDrive on the Herb Chambers Boston website and began communicating with Jasper. Jasper quoted me a competitive value for my trade in and I asked if the BMW could be brought to me. Jasper found a salesman, Jing able to do it. We agreed if we were satisfied with each other's vehicles in person the deal could be made the same day. Jasper had a BMW finance person call me to go over BMW loan options and all financial considerations. The rates are very good and competitive. Jing came to my house with the paperwork for a sale that evening with the understanding that if I didn't like the car, obviously there would be no deal. After I test drove and loved the 228, I signed and the BMW became mine! I did not even leave my house, except for the test drive, and the deal was done on the same day! More

Okay Service The dealership facility is great. However the service, communication, and efficiency were lacking. Many times they were no flexible to work around my The dealership facility is great. That being said, they gave me a great deal and I would likely come back again in the future. I just hope there customer service interface and friendless is improved by then. More

Started charging me for car before they secured a car They told me they didn't yet have a vehicle to sell me but that the configuration I wanted was pretty common so they'd fine one someone. But please sign the papers so we can firm down the pricing, etc. Ten days later, they told me they got a car. It wasn't ready yet, they needed to title/insurance/register/etc. it, just letting me know. About a week after that, I got my lease statement. Turns out they started the lease on day 0, even before they had secured a car. The lease is not cheap as the cars are not cheap, it's about $40/day, and if the earliest they could get it to me was 15+ days from day 0, that's like $600 I shouldn't have to pay that I got charged for. Lockdown happened after they got the car, so now, despite never having seen/received the car, I've already had to pay THOUSANDS (a few months) in lease payments for a car that I don't even have yet, and the lease clock is still ticking. Fantastic. More
