Having been to several other dealerships while shopping for a car, I was pleased with Ahmed’s demeanor and lack of salesman “pushiness”. AMAZING Experience - BMW M5 Competition!! I stopped by the dealership and met Rich Baldani. I was interested in the BMW M550i and we went for a great test drive! I'm a big car enthusiast and w I stopped by the dealership and met Rich Baldani. I was interested in the BMW M550i and we went for a great test drive! I'm a big car enthusiast and was impressed on Rich's knowledge of the car and features - we had a great conversation. I changed my mind and wanted an M5 Competition and Rich was very accommodating to find the car I wanted. I felt Rich went to bat for me and worked very quickly to get what I wanted. Giovanni Tosti also got involved and they both were enthusiastic and exciting to work with. Other team members who were involved in finalizing, reviewing the car with me, and helping with items included: - Edwin Gonzalez - gave a great overview of the car and made sure I was comfortable with features! - Higor Teixeira - helped to review & resolve some items in Service very quickly, and has been a great resource to work with! - David Torres - helped finalize the financials of the car and walked through paperwork in an efficient manner! Overall - GREAT experience and I highly recommend working with these individuals - they all go above and beyond and make it a wonderful experience! I've been getting cars from Herb Chambers for the past 10 years and my loyalty is based on their outstanding customer experience!! Rich also followed up several times after I got my car to make sure I was 100% happy with everything, and he continues to stay in touch, which I appreciate! More

Usually car shopping is something I dread...but the folks at BMW Boston made the entire experience so delightful — I came away feeling excited about my new car, instead of feeling stressed and like I had just got taken for a ride (pun intended). Before I even stepped foot into the dealership, I spoke with Jano over the phone to tell her what I was looking for and to to see if it was even in the realm of possibility. Right then and there, yes, over the phone, boom — she made it happen and the deal was done! Really?!!! Fast, easy, no haggling, no BS. I came away feeling great! You rock Jano! Then it continued. Jing pulled it all together along with Omar in financing and that was that. Thank you to all for your professionalism, your authenticity, your kindness. You are a wonderful group of people who quite obviously love your job! Bravo. More

A simple sale made complicated and frustrating. My purchasing experience at this dealership was somewhat scattered. I arrived at the dealership to see a used vehicle that was posted on the website. My purchasing experience at this dealership was somewhat scattered. I arrived at the dealership to see a used vehicle that was posted on the website. When I arrived, parking my vehicle was an absolute nightmare and took me the better part of 15 minutes, after which I ended up parked where I was not supposed to be (in the alleyway leading to the service bay) because it was the only option. Seeing the car and the test drive went well, as did the negotiations with my salesperson, Jing. When it came time to meet with financing, the wait was going to be over an hour just to see someone, which I could not do, so I made arrangements to come back the next day to finalize my purchase. The next day, I arrived to speak with the finance person, who was initially pleasant and very chatty — to the point that the meeting itself ran close to 2.5 hours on a (IMO) simple purchase. I chose to decline the additional protection and service plans (my personal preference). It was at the point that I declined the plans that the finance person became angry and fairly hostile. While I understand that this person’s job is to sell these plans, it is completely unprofessional to treat a client who is already spending tens of thousands of dollars at your dealership with such hostility. This portion of my experience really soured what had been a pleasant transaction with this dealership to that point. A week later I was to pick up the vehicle on a Friday morning. I don’t live nearby, so coming into the city is an undertaking for me. I had other plans in the city that day, and was trying to work everything into my schedule. On Thursday evening I reached out to confirm a 10 AM pickup (as agreed to earlier in the week), only to be told that the car would not be ready then — and to please come at 3 PM. After some calendar shuffling, I made it work. When I arrived at 3, the car was still not ready for me. It took over an hour to be brought out, and when it was, there were license plates on it that were not mine — I had asked that my old plates be transferred from the car I was trading in. This necessitated me to swap out the plates myself after more paperwork could be done the next week. Additionally, there was only one key for the car, and I was told that another would have to be ordered for me. I took the car home that day, hours late, with one key and wrong license plates, but happy with the vehicle itself. In the two weeks after my purchase I had to have multiple emails and phone calls to straighten out the registration paperwork, and to track down the second key. The key, as it turned out, was never even ordered that day. I was only able to get this worked out after contacting the manager of the dealership weeks later. Eventually it came via UPS, 3 weeks after the vehicle was purchased. When I tried to set up a time to be walked through the new key setup process, I was ignored. Eventually I had to make time to stop into the dealership to get it done, making the shipment of the key pointless, and wasting another hour of my time. Overall, I am happy with my BMW. However, I am disappointed with my experiences with this particular dealership. My family has purchased other vehicles from Herb Chambers Mercedes Benz Dealerships and had nothing but positive things to say about the dealerships involved in those transactions. I only wish my experience here had been the same. I do appreciate that everything was made right in the end, but I wish it had not taken such leg work on my part to get it done. I will not be back to this location. More

Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Sam was awesome! He was polite, friendly, patient, well informed and willing to do anything I wanted to improve the condition of the car before I bought it. (an additional plus was his lovely English accent!) He even noticed a dent I hadn't seen and said he would make sure it got fixed. I left feeling very valued as a customer. Sadly I hardly ever feel this way in most customer service situations these days. In fact, I was going to look around much more but then decided I didn't think I could do better than this deal. More
