He made sure that the right car was located for us and we received benefit of the latest lease offer from BMW. He has since helped with floor mats to velcro stickers for the EZ pass sensor. He is a full service sales representative, whom I would recommend highly to anybody! Edwin is great at explaining all the features of the new X3, and is ready to help at any time! The service always takes a considerable amount of time-regardless of the type of service performed, and/or regardless of you're waiting in the waiting room. I had an especially rude experience with James, my advisor this week, and am seriously considering not leasing again with BMW due to these consistent issues. More

1st time at Herb Preston in the sales department was knowledgeable, helpful and return my calls. Jasper in management was also knowledgeable but I felt like I was at Preston in the sales department was knowledgeable, helpful and return my calls. He put pressure to buy the $10000 maintenance package and when I settled on the $3000 package he was done . All of a sudden he had someone from the service department that was more important to talk too. Almost blow the deal Jasper if it wasn’t for such a nice car. More

My *only* suggestion is to turn down/off the TV in the customer waiting area - it's loud and most people seem to be on their phones or working in the "study carrels."
