Lots of hiccups Bought a CPO 2016 x5 50i, dealership had 7 days to get the vehicle ready for pickup. Upon pickup, the car had no gas in the tank. Furthermore after Bought a CPO 2016 x5 50i, dealership had 7 days to get the vehicle ready for pickup. Upon pickup, the car had no gas in the tank. Furthermore after getting up to highway speed the car began to shake violently as the tires were not balanced. The car also had a rejected inspection sticker as a battery replacement reset all the emissions data. After returning to the dealership the following Friday to get it checked out, the service team found that the tires had not been balanced and the right left rim was bent. They insisted on unbending the rim, and I had to persuade management to order a new rim, as I did not pay for a damaged rim when the car was purchased. They did get a new passed inspection sticker, but again after driving off the lot after service, the team still did not fill the gas tank as promised (even the service receipt said so), and I had to turn around and ask for them to complete the job. More

Things never go smoothly Communication around repairs wasn't very good. They did some work that I declined. They said they'd cover the cost of the unauthorized, which is good. Communication around repairs wasn't very good. They did some work that I declined. They said they'd cover the cost of the unauthorized, which is good. But when I arrived, there was no record of this. Someone emerged from an office and said they would indeed cover it. So I got a free oil change, which is nice, but it feels a bit disorganized. Also, it often takes a very long time for the valets to get my car, like 30 minutes. Amazingly enough, sometimes it takes even longer than that. Note that in that amount of time, I can drive that far to competing dealers. More
