I was lucky enough to be able to work with the same sales representative, Sheraz Sheikh, who sold me my 328xi nine years prior. I visited several dealerships beforehand and he made the process easy and enjoyable. I have always felt that he is looking out for me and 100 percent got me the best value on the model I wanted. I will be buying my next BMW from him - Hoping he will still be there! Beyond the sales experience, the service department has always been easy and pleasant to work with as well. Jing made the process transparent, smooth, and fast I had a great experience working with Jing with the purchase of an X1. He took the time to review the key aspects of what I wanted and then we proceed I had a great experience working with Jing with the purchase of an X1. He took the time to review the key aspects of what I wanted and then we proceeded to view available inventory. When we found the one I wanted, we negotiated briefly and I got to the number I felt comfortable with. From there Jing reminded me to contact my previous dealer (trade-in) about possibly recouping warranty cost - saved me over $1k! Overall, a very respectful and professional process and experience.
