We fell in love with the X1 but wanted to keep our options open to other brand vehicles. James never pressured us into buying a BMW, he simply let us know he was there when we needed him in the future. I really like that about James. A lot of dealerships are pushy and make you feel like you are just another sale but not James. He made my husband and I feel special and he always took his time. In the end, because of James' professionalism and compassion, we purchased a BMW X1 and we are so happy with our vehicle. It's a beautiful car!
