The service department at the HCBMW of Boston was fantastic!.I had called them frantic because my vehicle would not come out of first gear and did not park. A woman had answered and listened patientl fantastic!.I had called them frantic because my vehicle would not come out of first gear and did not park. A woman had answered and listened patiently while I was talking a mile a minute. Eventually, my car had to be towed. I was still a mess when I arrived at the service department; Jurell was very thorough and patient with me. He answered all of my questions and was able to get me a loaner car. I was very happy that they were able to take a look at my car the next day. Upon picking up my car, I realized that they had checked my tires, topped off all the fluids and cleaned my car. It’s a nice perk. Overall, it was a great experience for my first time going to the service department. More

During my first service of my 1 y old X3, the service people discovered that rodents infested the engine compartment. They chewed some wired and damaged some parts that had to be replaced. Although this people discovered that rodents infested the engine compartment. They chewed some wired and damaged some parts that had to be replaced. Although this was expensive (insurance does not cover it), it was necessary. The dealership immediately offered a replacement car for free, I got back my car the next day, cleaned and washed. This was very professional and the service was great. More
