I received a text that my car would be ready upon arrival the car was still being worked on when I arrived and had to wait another 30 minutes for me to pick up my car..Also when I went to drop off the loaner the car was still being worked on when I arrived and had to wait another 30 minutes for me to pick up my car..Also when I went to drop off the loaner car the woman at the front desks was eating a half pint of Hagen Daz ice cream and could barely understand her.Very unprofessional .I have been buying cars from herb for a while and the service seems to be getting worse!
