My car‘s engine got overheated and we had it towed to BMW of Boston which was just 6 miles away. Higor, the service advisor was able to get the car looked at within an hour. The car was probably diagnosed an of Boston which was just 6 miles away. Higor, the service advisor was able to get the car looked at within an hour. The car was probably diagnosed and problem fixed within the next few hours. The car was three the same day. I really appreciate the service especially that when I called dealership ahead of time I was given earliest appointment which was two days away.. More

Horrible experience at the Chamber BMW. Told me it would be 2-3 hours. The cat didn’t go to the Technican until after 3 hours. After calling many time I couldn’t get answer what was going o Told me it would be 2-3 hours. The cat didn’t go to the Technican until after 3 hours. After calling many time I couldn’t get answer what was going on with my car. They kept it overnight. The next day I called 7 times & a few times actually spoke to a service rep. They couldn’t give any info except for it’s with the technician. 24 hours went by & I finally went there and got a service rep to go upstairs to check on my car. They needed to order parts & would be in 2-3 weeks. Why couldn’t they tell me the day before. So chaotic at BMW & seemingly incompetent. More
