We worked with Elchin as we evaluated if a X7 or X5 was the best fit for our family. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership, particularly with the so-called "manager" Brian English. I'd advise others to steer clear of this place, as the management is weak and clearly not invested in providing a good customer experience. It's a shame, really, as this dealership used to be excellent and deserving of the BMW name. Unfortunately, it's devolved into a garage sale market. I know several long-time customers who have recently switched to another dealership due to the new management, and I don't blame them one bit. More
I wanted to give zero stars but it wasn't available. In the most recent example, they called and left a voicemail to get me to have a recall done there. I called back and left a message; no response. I called a week later and left another message; no response. I called the main line several times but they don't answer the phone (EVER!). So I booked an appointment online for the recall. I specified that I was just bringing it in for a recall. When I dropped off the car, I again specified that I was only there for a recall. 6 hours later they sent a text stating that they don't have the parts to perform the recall work. When I explained what happened, all they said was "sorry". I then asked when I could pick up the car and there was never a response so I literally had to go there, find it on my own, and take it. It wasn't even washed! What a pain. Since they don't give loaners, I had to get a ride both times (both ways) and borrow a car to get to work. Don't bother calling BMW of Subury - there are several other dealerships (you may have to drive but it's worth it for your sanity) and an independent shop in Lexington that is fantastic. More
