My wife and I needed to find a car quickly due to an accident she was in, so we were constrained by this situation. After we explained our situation to Jack, he worked with us to find the options that accident she was in, so we were constrained by this situation. After we explained our situation to Jack, he worked with us to find the options that made the most sense for us and then ensured we'd get the car we needed within the required timeframe. We live a couple of hours away from Sudbury and initially went into the dealership while in the area to check out BMWs. But after working with Jack, we were convinced that buying the vehicle with him was the right choice. Jack was courteous and understanding of our situation, answered all of our questions, and matched a car to our needs. Jack went out of his way to make a long-distance transaction easy and convenient. He even delivered the vehicle to us! I would highly recommend working with Jack and the entire BMW of Sudbury team! More

Tony was a great ambassador for a recent car purchase. Clearly explained the different models and options for each. Not a pressure conversation or one that pushed to the most expensive option. These three completely turned a frustrating situation into a fantastic one. The vibe they create—being so customer-focused and solution-driven—made a huge difference in the overall dealership experience. This was the finest car pricing experience I have had, culminating in my leasing another BMW.
