I wanted to give zero stars but it wasn't available. In the most recent example, they called and left a voicemail to get me to have a recall done there. I called back and left a message; no response. I called a week later and left another message; no response. I called the main line several times but they don't answer the phone (EVER!). So I booked an appointment online for the recall. I specified that I was just bringing it in for a recall. When I dropped off the car, I again specified that I was only there for a recall. 6 hours later they sent a text stating that they don't have the parts to perform the recall work. When I explained what happened, all they said was "sorry". I then asked when I could pick up the car and there was never a response so I literally had to go there, find it on my own, and take it. It wasn't even washed! What a pain. Since they don't give loaners, I had to get a ride both times (both ways) and borrow a car to get to work. Don't bother calling BMW of Subury - there are several other dealerships (you may have to drive but it's worth it for your sanity) and an independent shop in Lexington that is fantastic. More

While BMW of Sudbury is a large, very busy showroom and service center, working with Jack O'Donovan was the most personalized and professional car-purchase transaction we've had in years. He streamlined t service center, working with Jack O'Donovan was the most personalized and professional car-purchase transaction we've had in years. He streamlined the transaction, allowing us to complete most of the signatures remotely, so we spent very little time waiting at the dealership. Incredibly efficient! In addition, when it came time to pick up the car, he spent a good 40 minutes with us reviewing the features and helping to program and customize all my settings. I usually drive around for years without knowing half of what the capabilities are. He was incredibly knowledgeable, customer service-oriented, and a true joy to work with. I would recommend Jack to all friends and family looking to buy any BMW. More

Very friendly and professional experience. We worked with David Medrano who was very pleasant to work with and responsive.
